s lovers of the local culinary tradition of the Cevennes, we endevour to serve fresh high quality fare. All produce is selected with the greatest of care from independant local suppliers :

  • the mild Cevennes onions, for light savoury quiches,
  • free range poultry from the Causses,
  • meats from animals reared naturally in the open air, also on the Causses,
  • trout from our clear streams,
  • flavoursome wild mushrooms handpicked in the Cevennes,
  • fresh vegetables from Cazilhac market gardens,
  • the famous apple "Reinette du Vigan" for salads and delicat deserts,
  • etc…
